Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once the order is dispatched.

United States
Entire United States, excluding remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, and overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam; APO/FPO military addresses.
United Kingdom
Postal service is available throughout the United Kingdom (i.e., the UK mainland and its affiliated islands). British overseas territories and offshore islands are not served (e.g., the British Indian Ocean Territory, the British Virgin Islands, Guernsey, and Jersey).
Spain
Postal service is not available to overseas islands with postal codes beginning with 35, 38, 51, or 52.
Note: Orders below the free shipping threshold will be charged a standard flat-rate shipping fee at checkout, calculated based on the destination and order weight.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept return and exchange requests within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Return & Warranty Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs if the return is not due to a product defect or our error. Please note that we do not provide return labels, and customers must arrange the return shipment to our designated warehouse

For after-sales repair or replacement requests within the 1-year warranty, customers must cover the cost of shipping the item back to our workshop

If the defect is confirmed to be a result of our production or quality control error, Lys Parti will cover the shipping cost for both directions
